Service area questions
Still have a question? Call (289) 349-2006 and ask a real person.
Is towing free in every service area?
Yes. Towing is free everywhere we serve, from Oshawa to Niagara Falls and from Barrie to Brantford. It's never subtracted from your offer, and that includes cars that don't run. Just tell us about any access issues when you book so we send the right truck.
Do you pick up outside the cities listed?
Often, yes. If you're in a town or rural area close to one of the cities we list, call (289) 349-2006 and tell us where the car is. We'll let you know right away whether we can get there and when, so you're not left guessing.
Is same-day pickup available everywhere?
Same-day pickup is usually available across most of our area if you call before noon. Spots farther from Burlington, like Barrie, Niagara Falls or Kitchener-Waterloo, sometimes need a next-day booking, depending on the day's schedule. We'll confirm the timing when you book.
Where are you based?
We're based in Burlington, in Halton Region. That puts us between Toronto and Hamilton with quick access to the QEW, Highway 403 and Highway 407, which helps our trucks reach most of the GTA and Golden Horseshoe without long delays.
